being rude? u should pay!!


This afternoon, I went to the college office. Hoping to register my car. The thing is, I have to pay RM 30 to get the college sticker and ROOFLESS parking spot. Thats what bother me at first. But nothing I could do as everybody were paying the same amount. So I just go with it..accept it the way other peoples does. So, here I am today to get the sticker.

What cause me pain in my heart getting worst is because these office staff..the same staffs I mention before under topic 'indah khabar dari rupa' here is the situation in short version after a lot of trouble and dificulties..(u don't want to know..)::

I did have 2 photocopies of my insurance cover and licence..and 2 forms. Form to register my car in college and to register in the University itself. I Give it to this 'clerk' (or whatever her position is)


The 'clerk' is sitting in front of the receptionist table about 3 feets away. But she act like I was not there until this kind 'uncle' approached me. She was like..asked for help from that 'uncle'. This is what she sound like.. 'Bawa sini borang tu..' When she said 'borang tu' it refer to my form that I want to submit. She said it twice because the 'uncle' did not hear it at once. He took the forms to her. I am not going to justify her behaviour or the way she asked for help from him..but ist kinda rude you know..i didnt hear any 'please' word. the uncle also look confuse. If just you are there to witness the situation... But thats that.. the prove that she is not good and polite old lady.

Then when she got those forms..she had a look at it.. maybe checking it I guess. If it fullfil the requirement and all. you know that kind of stuffs.. after a few minutes I could see she looks like a bit confuse. I guess she did not found what she's looking for. She asked this second 'clerk'. Asked her someting that I don't really hear. But I know what it is..The validity of my insurance. Its not state in the insurance cover. I didn't find it either.

I was standing to hear what they are wispering to each other. And this first 'clerk' said 'duduk dik..'. adik?? she address me as adik.. that is find if I know her and she know how to be professional. BUT unfortunately she don't know how to be proffessional to entertain thier client. I am there..I am about to pay RM 30 for the SMALL STIGY NOT BEAUTIFUL STICKER (size smaller that roadtax) and she was like :

HER : DEKAT INSURANCE COVER NI TAK ADA VALIDITY DATE. INSURANCE NI COVER SAMPAI BILA.. KAMI TAK BOLEH PROCESS INI. TAKUT APA-APA HAL KAMI KENA BERTANGGUNGJAWAB.

It is nice said at first.

me : (looking disappointed or feeling disappointed..)

HER : masalahnya insuran cover awak ni tak ada due date..issue date pun tak ada. biasa kalau tak ada due date kita akan check date issue.

me : erm..ni je yang ada. saya punya latest lepas renew ada dekat rumah kampung.

HER : fax yang baru.. bagi yang latest

Then when I am about to ask her..

me : so yang sebelum ni..

I am still not finish my word she interupted..convincely and said

HER : KITA TAK BOLEH PROCESS. BAGI YANG BARU DIK YANG BARU..

me : so yang sebelum ni..

HER : INI PENTING..TAK KAN AWAK DRIVE TAK ADA INSURAN?? MACAM MANA DRIVE TAK DE INSURAN.

I tried to ignores what I heard or the way she said it to me that to me because I am more interested to know how can I get passed to get sticker last semester. With the same cover insurance. (hoping it can give me some light or hope so that I don't have to find the latest insurance note) But she kept interupted me and don't give me a chance to ask until its the third time I repeat the sentence..

HER : HA, YANG SEBELUM NI MANA?? BILA MASA PULAK?? very hard and heartless

ME : maksud saya yang semester lepas..nak tahu..

HER : itu semester lepas

Me : maksudnya dia check tarikh ni la? (pointed to some date in the form)

HER : iyer! iyer!
(turn around and about to sit back at her table..leave me at the counter disappointed)

You should see how she react when she said it out loud. She is the responsible staff to entertain the client u know. She's not supposely to accuse me driving without insurance and so on.. the way she said also very heartless. HELLO, is it because I am the student she can said like that out loud. She's supposely adress me 'MISS' instead of 'ADIK'. What kind of professional attitude is that??


She don't bother to learn how to be polite..or how to serve client in the right way even she is old enough to know all of that kind of thing..That is why she always make it looks like dealing with her is about to get ready to be in WAR. my friend once said, she would be nicer if people speak english to her bacause she will be like..'erm..aaa..aaa'. things like that. She's supposely get some kind of seminar or something like that to improve her way talk to people in office. How can we talk like that to someone that is about to give you money.. I remember when my lecturer said, 'I don't know what happen to people nowadays..we give them money (the tol gate girl / boy)', they don't even bother to smile..' he is talking about RM 3 you know. And I am talking about givin up rm 30 for bla bla bla ... dont want to say it again..

It is ramadhan.. and she didn't help me get through my fasting day smoothly.. I get angry because of that..and it reduce my pahala puasa.. she should pay.. Its is 3.41 am now and I cannot sleep anymore when I suddenly remember the way she responded to me.

I am going to record her someday and upload it to youtube.. people will see how she behave.. I will prove it!! and find what is her position actually.


p/s : still long version ha.. hehe cannot make it shorter than this..i am sorry
